Your Library Card
How do I get a library card?
Library cards are free of charge to all residents and taxpayers of the Island Park School. To get your card,
you must present valid proof of residency such as a driver's license, a utility bill or a lease showing your name
and mailing address. You will then be asked to fill out an application. Children are eligible for their own library card when they
can write their own name and with the signature of a parent or guardian. If your library card is lost or stolen, please
alert the library immediately.
